Have people who've been and come back, having reserved seats, had a straightforward experience?

Due to fly in 3/4 weeks, prebooked seats and just wondering if all went as planned for those before us!

I ask it because have read before that seat allocations can be changed at last minute, which I still have a dread of!

Just back from our Oceana cruise and we had pre-booked seats which we travelled in both ways. Passengers who haven't previously booked are given the opportunity, a couple of nights into the cruises, to book seats for the return journey.

worked fine for us on our xmas Ventura cruise which suprised us as our return from New orleans was handled manually with us being checked off from a list at checkin so well done P&O.

No problems at all, other than the fact that they don't release ALL the seats so you can actually pick something you want! Same seats coming home by the way.

Glad to hear it! Think its a rip off having to pay for reserving seats but I need an aisle seat cos I get really claustrophobic so I paid up!
