Earliest boarding time?

We're new to Princess. We'll be on the Emerald, leaving from Ft. Lauderdale.

How early can we get onto the ship?

Boarding generally begins between 11.30 and noon. Those with priority boarding go first (suite passengers and Elite/Platinum level guests in the past-passenger club), followed by general boarding by group number, assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you're there by 11, you should be one of the first few groups called. If you don't want to wait, get there around 1.30 or 2 and you should be able to walk right on.

Checkin starts about 11am and boarding 11:30 or noon. We are often in our cabin before noon

Boarding begins some time after 11am but Port Everglades is not the most passenger friendly terminal so if you want to avoid lines, I would recommend arriving shortly after noon and you will still be on time for lunch.
