GoinCruisin Posted March 3, 2005 #3 Share Posted March 3, 2005 There are a few things you can get every night that are not on the menu (steak, chicken, etc.), but lobster is not one of them... nice try though, LOL :D :p

JaniceB Posted March 3, 2005 #12 Share Posted March 3, 2005 The last time I cruised on Carnival they didn't even have lobster. I was very disappointed. I have heard that is not the case anymore.
GoinCruisin Posted March 3, 2005 #13 Share Posted March 3, 2005 Janice, it is served on the first formal night.... but if you are on a ship that has a supper club, you MUST try the lobster there! It far exceeds what you can get in the dining room!!! :D

Cotton Posted March 3, 2005 #15 Share Posted March 3, 2005 The last time I cruised on Carnival they didn't even have lobster. I was very disappointed. I have heard that is not the case anymore. Janice, lobster is guaranteed on every Carnival cruise. It's served in the dining room on formal night, the second night of your cruise, even on a 2-night CTN.:) Some friends came back from a cruise and told me they didn't have lobster. Then she admitted they DID have dinner at the Lido Buffet one night.....so they missed it by not having dinner in the dining room.:o It's not served on the buffet. DolfanNY Posted March 4, 2005 #17 Share Posted March 4, 2005 Sailed the Victory last May. Asked waiter if we could have lobster another night besides 1st formal night. He brought Maitre'd over and he said no problem. We had lobster on the last night and were the envy of everyone next to our table. Ask and you will recieve. GoinCruisin Posted March 4, 2005 #19 Share Posted March 4, 2005 I agree, the lobster in the dining room is not very good if you are accustomed to having decent lobster... but the lobster in the supper clubs is SOOOOO good!!!!!
JrMafia90 Posted March 4, 2005 #20 Share Posted March 4, 2005 Nope. That would be nice if you could have lobster every night.
rogerncrystal Posted March 4, 2005 Author #21 Share Posted March 4, 2005 Thanks for everyone's answer. My husband and I will be going on our second cruise, when watching the Travel Channel one week about cruises they did mention that you could have lobster every night if you wanted but I've heard other people say that wasn't true.
