absolutboy20 Posted February 16, 2012 #856 Share Posted February 16, 2012 Hi Peter. Sorry I missed the meet and greet on Tuesday. I made a newbie cruiser mistake of forgetting to set my watch an hour forward. Maybe I will run ino you the last few days that are left.

Tamaracboy Posted February 21, 2012 #861 Share Posted February 21, 2012 Much praise and thanks to Peter for all the work arranging the M&G. Yes, Stan is always so pleasant to have around. Also to Jim & Terry, your generous hospitality is the highpoint of these cruises. It was just so comforting to be back with all of you again, and among the RSVP staff and entertainers. Too many of our at sea family were not there this sailing and were missed: Max & Bob, Reint, Jim & Bill, and many others. Don't forget us and do book again. ♡ ♥ ♡ , r. M&D Posted February 24, 2012 #862 Share Posted February 24, 2012 It was great seeing so many of our RSVP family after our absence last year. It just seems that every cruise just gets better and better. My sister and sister-in-law had the time of their lives calling it the best and most fun cruise they have ever been on. And it only took me 10 years to convince them to try it! :) Hope to see you all next year and keep up until then on Facebook and CC! Boytjie Posted February 24, 2012 Author #863 Share Posted February 24, 2012 I hope this link works: http://www.inletphotos.com/Sail-AwayVideos/Holland-America-Lines-Sail/Nieuw-Amsterdam-Sail-away/21138500_gvwnxz#!i=1708964453&k=ZZrLRmz&lb=1&s=A At around 1:51 Richard and I can be seen with a banner - "RSVP" in red hearts - and wearing white sailor caps. What is interesting is comparing our sailaway with regular sailaways: usually all teh upper decks are lined with people but for ours it is empty since everyone is aft by the pool for the Bon Voyage party! Typhoon1 Posted February 25, 2012 #865 Share Posted February 25, 2012 Interesting Peter. Strange to see so many wearing all those clothes. Normally they are wearing next to nothing. I guess that's what 60 and wind gets us. The cruise log shows a temp of 82. DH had 60 on his phone.

hybucket Posted August 24, 2012 #867 Share Posted August 24, 2012 Yes, but if you try to stream it, you have to sign in with Facebook (which I don't use), or fill out a form to join something-or-other. It was easier just to pop in a DVD. That's progress, I guess.

Boytjie Posted August 25, 2012 Author #871 Share Posted August 25, 2012 The RSVP Cruisers alumni site is only for those that have sailed with RSVP previously; if you are an alumni and haven't got a logon id, contact RSVP.

hybucket Posted August 25, 2012 #873 Share Posted August 25, 2012 Tried using Facebook account but I can't log in =( What's with this invite only and why wasn't I invited?! =P There should be a place right next to the Facebook login where you can register for the site. Takes less than a minute. You're not asked to give any other info than the already have.
Typhoon1 Posted August 26, 2012 #874 Share Posted August 26, 2012 Finally the souvenir video of the is available! Mediocre at best. It took six months to produce that? HAL produces a far superior product in seven days.
