Aquaventure vs parasailing in Nassau

I'm going in be in Nassau on Saturday, April 2 on the Carnival Freedom from 12pm to 7pm and we are debating what to do. 2 of the people in my group (there are 4 of us) have already been to Nassau and did the Aquaventure at Atlantis. They loved it but want to do something different this time. We could still do the Aquaventure without them but I have a feeling it will be extremely busy that day. We're interested in to parasailing but its only an hour and we don't know what we'd do with the rest of the day. Is there enough time to take the ferry to Blue Lagoon for a bit if we leave around 2:30?

 

We have the rest of our ports figured out but are stuck with what to do in Nassau!
