Shuttle or Taxi from Port of Miami to Miami Intl Airport

Hi everyone,

 

Can anyone tell me if it is better to take a shuttle from the port of Miami to Miami airport or should we just try to catch a cab? There are 5 of us - 3 adults and 2 kids. If you can recommend a shuttle service that would be great. Any information would be appreciated.

taxi $24 per car

 

shuttle $18 per person

Taxi is a flat rate of $24+tip -- unless you are cruising solo, a cab is the way to go. :)

With 5 of you a van taxi will be best. The guy at the taxi stand can get one for you.

Same price flat rate $24 up to 5 ride for the same fare, doesn't matter if its a mini van.

 

You might have to wait an extra minute or two for the van, that's all.
