Active excursions in Cabo

Now that the Splendor is skipping Mazatlan this cruise, I thought I better come up with a plan B for ours in 3 weeks.

 

I am all for one day sitting on the beach in Cabo drinking Mangoritas while the kids play in the ocean. But two days would bore me to death. In Mazatlan we go horse back riding on Stone Island. Does anyone have feedback and/ or companies to do something active? Horseback riding, ATV's, something like that? I prefer to go with local companies over the cruise ships excursions. There are 5 of us, so not overly expensive. We range in age from 9-54. I appreciate everyone's ideas.
