I'm sure the clerk at the hotel desk will be able to direct you to the nearest shopping center. Or just get in a cab and ask the driver....he'll know where the malls are.

DH bought sandals at Bayside marketplace prior to our cruise in November.

They are a nice Nike athletic, walking type sandal. He waited too late in the season to pick up some here in Canada!! There were a few stores that sold different types of men's sandals at Bayside. Of course you could also buy many more different types of women's sandals and shoes as well. He paid around $80.00. Hope that helps.

To the OP, any surf shop, outdoor store will have something like Teva's or are you looking for something dressier?
