A "real" margarita made with patron silver, fresh lime juice, and agave nectar. Of course this is while I am taking forever to get ready, and the fiance enjoys one or three bacardi and cokes in the meantime :D

But basically it is a bloody mary on steroids with a boiled shrimp and some other tasty garnish. i think it was celery salt on the rim.

Sgt Schultz - are you sure it's not just a Caesar Canadians have trouble ordering in the US: Vodka, Clamato juice, Worcestershire, Tobasco, served on the rocks with celery-salt rim on the glass. Usually with piece of celery and lime, but yours has shrimp.

Yep - you can buy it in natural food stores, homebrewing stores, and sometimes even in regular chain grocery stores (I know Market Basket has it).

 

Ever since I saw Alton Brown's special on mixed drinks and his "real" margarita recipe I have been addicted to having them fresh and pure liek that with only the 3 ingredients :)

if i'm ready and we're in one of the lounges waiting for our dinner seating, i'll order a whiskey sour or a spiced rum and coke and dh will have a grey goose on the rocks. if i'm still perfecting my gorgeous-ness, ;) dh will order a bucket of beer and keep it in the fridge and i usually will drink the wine we bring on board with us.
