RCCL and Celebrity

Hi

Just heard some great news that Celebrity solstice will be coming to Oz in 2012/13 this i think will be the biggest cruise ship for Australia, and about time Yippee.

Could anyone tell me if you get the crown and anchor points on Celebrity the same as RCCL and are they combined.

They are separate loyalty programs - Celebrity's is Captain's Club. You do get "equivalent status" perks if you cruise on the other line (i.e they will recognise the level you are at in the other program at an appropriate level for the ship you are sailing on), but you can only collect points for the line you are on.

 

Celebrity and Azamara have a points sharing system at the moment, but they are being de-coupled in May as well.
