Ft. Lauderdale Atlantis Spa and Resort-anyone stay there?

I was just wondering if anyone has stayed there or if they know anyone who experienced this resort?? My friend and I are looking to go there for a night after our cruise, get a nice massage and head home early next morn.

New Luxury Collection Starwood located in FLL

Sometimes I read what I think is there.

 

When I saw "Ft. Lauderdale Atlantis Spa and Resort", I read "Ft. Lauderdale Atlantic Spa and Resort".

 

The Atlantic is the name of the new Starwood property that I believed was being inquired about.

The Starwood "Atlantic" doesn't open until June 15th, 2004..........according to the Starwood site.

Looks like it's a residential building of sorts that rents unoccupied units as hotel rooms......not a bad idea!

If this hotel does not work out...

 

Maybe you can consider the Lago Mar Resort in FLL that is also 4 star.
