CruisingLover Posted March 6, 2005 #1 Share Posted March 6, 2005 Hi We are trying to book our excursions online and noticed something. In Grand Cayman they have a scuba excursion that starts at 1pm and goes for 4 1/2 hours. The problem is it says the ship departs at 5:30pm and that is the time the excursion is supposed to end. Am I looking at this wrong or are we going to miss the boat  Thanks
love2cruiz Posted March 7, 2005 #2 Share Posted March 7, 2005 Correct me if I am wrong anyone..but if you book with the cruise line I believe they have to wait (or will adjust departure time) for people on their excursions. I believe you are "safe" if you book WITH the cruise line. If I am incorrect someone please let me know.
Boo's Mom Posted March 7, 2005 #3 Share Posted March 7, 2005 cruisinglover..... Is this schedule with the cruiseline? With your itinerary? It doesn't sound right. If the ship departs @ 5:30pm....you will need to be onboard no later than...5:00pm.
love2cruiz Posted March 7, 2005 #4 Share Posted March 7, 2005 Maybe when you get on the ship just ask them about that excursion. Obviously they shouldn't/wouldn't offer that as one of their excurions if that would cause people to miss the boat :)
