Don't expect to see him for awhile. He was arrested this morning for holding his girlfriend on a boat for 2 hours and beating her pretty severely.

She was probably tired of hearing the same jokes over and over.

Chances are he'll be back in his spot again. The KW jail is usually over-capacity and he'll be out.

Wow, thanks for the link, interesting story. I am glad that his girlfriend is ok. I don't think he'll be getting out soon, she had to escape by swimming to another boat the police found blood all over the boat he beat her in, he was passed out from drinking. If he does get out soon, then that is a shame.

I wouldn't count on it...not in this case. The homeless do scuffle quite often, but he did quite a number on this girl, including strangling her. Assuming she sticks to her guns and presses charges, he'll likely be behind bars for awhile.

 

The main jail is not usually over capacity, but when it nears capacity, it's the ordinance violators who benefit.
