Your Crazy Pre Cruise Dreams????

Oh man! I have that EXACT same dream. I started having it a few nights ago (we leave next week). Then I usually have it every night of our vacation, whether it's a land vacation or a cruise. I wake up crying most of the time. :(

 

I have all sorts of crazy nightmares before and during vacations. I think I might be a tad stressed over the whole planning process. But I wouldn't change a thing about how I plan.

 

I dream that I've forgotten all of our documentation. I dream that I overslept and missed the flight, or the cruise. I dream that I forgot all of my luggage. Sheesh. I need a drink. And a Xanax.

Wow, when I saw the thread title I was hoping to read about dreams....you know, happy dreams, puppies and kittens types of stories. These are all nightmares for the most part guys!! LOL.

 

I have a GREAT recurring dream before I cruise. I always dream that I win big at the casino. Not like a few thousand big, but like I am being presented with one of those ridiculously large sized checks in the amount of about $30,000 or so. This last cruise was a mini dream come true. I won about $2000 all told in the casino playing a slot machine. Yay me :)

 

I love this thread but feel horrible for all of you with nightmares!! Let's mix it up a little. Anyone else have a good dream before cruising?

DW had a dream that she couldn't get on the ship because she forgot her past SS cards, and I went on the cruise without her.

A week before every cruise I'll dream I am on the way to the pier and don't have docs or forgot a piece of luggage. It's really disturbing. I dream wondering if I have time to go back and get what I forgot, call someone to bring it on and on.....:eek:

Dreams? I'm too excited to sleep! :)

That will be me the last night - I'm always exhausted on the plane from lack of sleep. One time hubby and I had a morning flight - something like 8:00 am or so. We woke up at 2:30 am and couldn't get back to sleep. Eventually we gave up and went out for a really early breakfast.

I myself watched a couple of youtube vids of ships in high seas and what do you know I dream I'm in high seas and the ship is pitching to the left and right. I dream in techni color and my dreams are so vivid it's like reality @ times!! Thank goodness I'm not alone lol....Great thread! CHEERS TO ALL YOU 1ST TIMERS:D:D
