Precruise Planner Question

So, im trying to use the pre-cruise planner on the RCI website to book a dinner at Chops. When I get to the page when you make the reservation there is a drop down box for # of people, night, and time. I enter that information and click "Go." Then...nothing happens. It refreshes the page and I am back at that same screen.

 

Any tips?

What browser are you using? I get the same error with Firefox. Try using Internet Explorer.

I had the same thing happen. When I called RCI they told me that you can only use the pre cruise booking 90 - 60 days in advance of the cruise. They will "open" the booking as far out as 90 days but no sooner. The latest they will open it is 60 days.

I had the same problem repeatedly when trying to reserve specialty dining only. I use firefox and that was the problem. So thanks to those who are spreading the word about using explorer. I logged on using that today and made dining reservations finally.

switch browsers Safari or if you must IE....

I recently used Firefox and the pre-cruise planner to make some reservations so that was not a problem for me. Maybe it is a date issue?

Thanks so much! Yes - when I moved to IE8 it worked for me too. I wonder why RCCL wouldn't know this and say something? Thank God for Cruise Critic!!!
