Vietnam Tsunami

I just received this email from Zoom in Ho Chi Minh City. I know many CC members have used and recommended Zoom as a guide and I'm thankful that he and his country are safe.

Vietnam is safe. Quite safe. We never have tsunami. The expert in VN confirmed VN'S safety from the post effect. No alarm is given."
