Doubletree Surfcomber closed?

Hi there. I attempted to make reservations for the DB Surfcomber. I couldn't online and had to call. I was told by the reservationist that this is no longer a Doubletree. Does anyone have any info about this? Wondering if it's still open under different ownership and how it is now? Any info would be appreciated!! Thanks

It's not closed, it just won't be a Doubletree after April 15th.
