Cash in casinos?

Do the casinos on board take cash or your sea pass? And if by chance you are lucky enough to win, do they pay in cash or do you get an on board credit? I would actually be happy with either but just wondering how it normally works.

They take cash - but you can get cash from the cashier with your seapass. They do charge a 3% premium if you do this, however. The only time I've actually won was $250 on a slot machine - was paid in cash.

Cashier in the casino cashes in chips. You give the cashier $10 worth of chips... you get $10 cash. You give the cashier $500 worth of chips... you get $500 cash. And so on and so on.
