COSCO Travel Any Experiences

My wife and I have been looking at various sites for fares for a Panama Canal cruise this October and have found the fares to be the same except for Cosco Travel which is discounting the trip about $400.00 plus a $50.00 credit and a bottle of wine. Has anybody had any experience with them and was it positive or negative. Do we lose the support of the cruise line if we book through them, with things such as price protection, problem resolution, etc. Thanks in advance for your input.

We are not permitted to discuss specific travel agencies on these boards. However, it is not uncommon for some TAs to offer special deals on certain cruises. If you have looked around at other TAs online, and the one you mentioned has the best deal then by all means go for the lowest price.
