Solstice Sushi?

We're on Solstice for the first time on April 3 and we are big sushi/sashimi fans. Can someone tell us what to expect in selection and quality? Will we be able to request specialty items (e.g. hamachi, white tuna, etc.)?

The sushi as a late afternoon snack in the buffet is fairly basic. 3 or 4 rolls to choose from. Good but nothing special. Similar to the pre-packaged stuff you may find at your local grocery store.

The sushi at Silk Harvest on the other hand was very good. Much more to choose from and seemed to be of higher quality. More similar to a good sushi restaurant fresh-made to order.

Is that an extra fee restaurant?

Thanks Craig_K. We were hoping for some casual sashimi selections like Princess had available every afternoon/evening in their wine bar. Sounds like we'll need to be making a reservation at Silk Harvest.
