We were just on FOS 3-30 and Richard Spacey was the CD. He is amazing. My son (17) spoke with him briefly on like Tuesday or Wedneday of our sailing. On Saturday night at the last show, Richard did a brief meet and greet as the show let out...He thanked my son for his kind words and told him he remembered them. Pretty amazing with all the people on board that he'd remember a 17 year old who had some kind words.

Anyway, Spacey was doing his first sailing since a vacation, so I would assume he'll still be there. If you have never been on one of his cruises, let me say that he alone is worth the price of admission. He is absolutely hilarious.

Enjoy your cruise...and enjoy Richard Spacey. I guarantee he'll enhance the trip for you!!!

Do you have any idea where Abe Hughes is NOW? We would LOVE to see him again!!!

Lynn

Lynn, Abe has been floating from ship to ship the last 4 to 5 months, continuously.

My guess is that He is on his 2 months off right now, since he doesn't appear to be on any of the ships he has been frequenting.

Since he is so new as a C.D. He generally floats from ship to ship, so It is hard to predict where he will be when he returns, as often they don't go back to the same ship the go elsewhere to releave people to go on Vacation!

It sounds like this summer/fall a few will be moving ships, so who knows!

Sorry I couldn't be more help!

Thank you for responding. I appreciate that ... even if you don't have an answer.

Darn, but I'd like to see Abe again ... and so would our son. We all thought he was FABULOUS and remember him from way back on the Navigator and Freedom BEFORE he became a full CD.

If you do hear anything, I'd really appreciate your letting me know!!!

Thanks,

Lynn

He mentioned he was going home to Nebraska but didn't say where he'd be going next. I doubt he's heading over to Europe, though, and that's where the BR will be for the next year. We liked him a lot too, and he was really touched when we told him we remembered him from the Navigator all the way back from 2005.

Maybe I'll get lucky then and run into Abe one of these days if he stays in the U.S. That would be wonderful!!!

Thank you for the info ...
