HELP! Trouble getting my Artwork after cruise.

We were on the Eclipse 11/20/10 and had a wonderful time, as usual. I purchased 4 pieces of artwork at one of the auctions. It is now 18 weeks later and have gone through heck to get them. And I have only received 3 of the 4 pieces. And that was after 17 weeks!!! I had to keep calling British American Auctions and they were less than helpful. Sure they already have your money so what do they care if you even wait a year. I've also contacted Celebrity to let them know what is going on. I'm wondering how many other people have experienced this problem?

Perhaps you should have signed your own name to the paintings, rather than having someone name Paul Piccaso sign them, then you might have had some recourse.

I had the same problem after my Nov. Cruise on the Mercury. I got Celebrity involved, possibly thru Captain's club, I do not remember. No one from the auction house was returning my calls. Celebrity contacted them and also gave me a different phone number. I decided to cancel the order and did get my money back. It took about three weeks and it ultimately came from Celebrity who got the money from the auction house.
