I also used it on my diabetic Mom to prevent blisters. Wish we discovered it before one of her blisters resulted in gangrene and toe amputation. UPCrawfish Posted March 30, 2011 #4 Share Posted March 30, 2011 For emergency response... find some clear duct tape and when you start to see redness or feel the warmth of the agitated area, place a piece of tape over the area to prevent further skin rubbing. CHEZMARYLOU Posted March 31, 2011 #6 Share Posted March 31, 2011 Once you put it on it is almost like a power. The product is similar to a stick deodorant. I blister easily and this does wonders for me. I can wear strappy sandals when I use this. Otherwise I need some type of foot covering with my shoes.
