Alaska on Star

Has anyone been on the Star? I'm looking at booking an Alaskan cruise in May on this ship and am wonderin what it's like.

We took our very first cruise on the Star to Alaska in July. We had a wonderful time. Great crew and an awesome ship. We had no prior cruises to compare with, but would sail the Star again. We were upgraded to an AFT Penthouse suite and that rocked. We sat on our balcony for the glacier sailing and enjoyed the views with no crowds.

For both of our Alaskan cruises we choose the Star. We loved it so much the first time that when we went to book the second Alaskan cruise we both pretended to look at the Pearl, but we both knew we wanted to go back on the Star. We love that ship and her crew.

We have been on the Star to AK 3 times with a 4th coming up in September. We love the Star, NCL and all the crews for all the ships we've been on. The Star is our favorite.
