Limegrove Lifestyle Centre shopping from Bridgetown

I read about the shopping at the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre and I wanted assistance on how to get there from Bridgetown when our ship is in port. How far is it? Is it accessible by bus? taxi?

 

Is there also a beach near by.

The facility you ask about is very new, opened just a few months ago

located in Holetown, which is about 5 miles North of the port where your ship will be docked.

 

Easy to get to by taxi, even by bus!

Any bus going to Speightstown will pass right tru Holetown and immediately in front of Limegrove

 

Holetown is on the main West Coast 'hiway' (more like a narrow road to you!):D

but yes easy to get to...and Holetown Beach is very close by..

..where you can avail yourself of watersports, water-skiing,

even swimming with turtles via glass-bottom boat and suchlike.

 

GO for it! ;)

 

You can have lunch there somewhere.. this is Cocomo's

Have the Vilebrequin and the Polo stores opened already? That is the main reason for going there next week.

I happened to do a quick jaunt today

thru that new LIMEGROVE shopping complex in Holetown..

 

 

 

 

and noticed that VILEBREQUIN name you asked about...

 

 

At the time, I didn't recall the other name (Polo) and it didn't pop out at me.

That's not to say it isn't there,though... ;)

 

Things are still being put together, so to speak, with some store spaces still vacant

-indeed a whole Western wing of the complex(the final bit?) still under construction!

 

Looks like the whole thing won't be properly ready and 'done-deal' until next winter cruise season?

but there are quite a few shops up and running, as of right now.
