Are CC cabins same size as 1A on Solstice

Just wondered if the CC cabins are the same size as the 1A cabins on Solstice? Last year on Constellation, our cabin steward informed us that the CC cabins were slightly larger than the 2A and would have been more suitable for our family of four? Wondered if this was the same on Solstice? Also, we will be Diamond on RCI by the time we intend to sail on Solstice, would there be any additional benefits in booking CC than the 1A - would it be worth the extra cost:confused:?

Yes - as are Aqua class - just different amenities.
