Celebtrity Alaskan Cruisetours marked with UK Gsts

I live in Maryland and was looking at Celebrity cruisetours for next June and saw an itenerary that caught my eye. When I looked at it more carefully I saw that it was marked UK Gsts A/S.

 

It showed as available to book, but does this mean that it is just for travelers from the UK?

I suspect it has something to do with pricing structure in the UK. I noted that on many there are no prices listed. I think you will find the same itinerary without the UK Gsts notation, there certainly are a lot. EM
