epic main dining sail away

Leaving on the epic on saturday and although i love meeting people on the cruise ship i do not like to eat at the buffet on sail away day.Too crazy for me. Which main dining room is open? I know they prefer you eat at buffet but we so enjoy having a leasurly lunch. thanks in advance for your help

Taste, which is on Deck 5 midship, is open for embarkation day lunch. It is the best place to go. It was very quiet,not rushed, and hardly any people in there. (I recommend the Vietnamese Summer Rolls.);)

O'Sheehan's might also be open. Also, there was no crowd at the Spice H20 grill where we ate.

I got off the Epic yesterday. Taste, O'Sheehan's, and the Noodle Bar were open on embarkation day lunch.
