B2B out of San Juan in February of 2013 on Brilliance of the Seas. It's a new class for us, prior cruises have been on Voyager Class. Tell me, have you been on this class? How did you like it? What's Brilliance like? Thanks!

WE've done both ships..and both are great. The ONLY thing I don't like with the Radiance class ships is the enclosed Solarium. It's supposed to be a "retractable" roof, but we never saw it opened...ever. That means, no tanning!

 

However, Brilliance does have a lovely outdoor WJ seating area....ALL ships should have this! Very nice!

 

Check out the Champagne Bar before dinner....munchies are there, and they have EVERY drink---beer to martinis to champagne cocktails---and everything in between! Nice!

I have had skin cancer, so that's good news to me. And I will be sure to check out the Champagne Bar. It's a long way out but I have all these months of anticipation to enjoy. And it's our first B2B!

We have been on the Jewel twice and just booked the Brilliance for October. We love that class of ship. It is by no means a small ship but it has a very intimate feel to it. My guess is you will become a fan..many folks do after sailing on the Radiance class.
