Are the hairdryers provided strong enough to dry hair quickly or do people bring their own hairdryers?

 

How much does a man's haircut cost on the Solstice?

My wife almost threw me overboard last cruise when I told her the hair dryers were good and that we could save luggage space/weight by keeping her fancy schmancy hair dryer at home.

The hairdryers are just fine. Save the space and the weight. Even if it's not as great as the one you have at home, how hard is it to spend a couple more minutes if you have to.

No, the hairdryers are NOT good enough for drying your hair into a style. They are fine for a man that needs to just 'dry' his hair... or a woman with short hair that isn't reliant on styling. BUT... for me, I need the dryer to straighten my hair and the dryer isn't strong enough to do that. :o

I have long and thick hair that I blow and straighten. Although the blow dryer for most, but NOT FOR ME! I wouln't go anywhere without my own.
