When you cancel...

I clicked remove booking, and it doesn't show up, but do they send you a confirmation or anything. Some acknowledgement that they're going to refund your deposit? I'm more than a year before final payment, so I definitely should be getting it back. It's just the lack of response making me nervous and I'm hoping for some reassurance.

I may be wrong but I think "Remove Booking" means to remove it from showing up in the "already booked" section of the site. I don't believe - could be wrong though which is why you should call as Lyn suggests - that "Remove Booking" actually "cancels" it.
