Looking for a small beach bar....

After renewing our vows at Bottom Bay, we would like to go to a small bar on the beach. We don't want to party at the Boatyard, and I'm thinking we might not want something as fancy as the Crane. I'm thinking a small "mom & pop" bar, where they might serve a flying fish sandwich, and a few cold beers. If I could contact them, I'd even pre-order a bottle of champange and maybe a little homemade rum cake? I'd like to invite people from the cruise ship to celebrate with, just a few....and maybe some local people that would like to celebrate too?

Any suggestions?

By now you've discovered that The Crane as a venue for your celebration

is on the pricey side of things...am I right? :D

OK so we step things down a bit.

 

There aren't any beach bars along that strip of the coastline

(not that I can think of...)

but CUTTERS is the nearest thing you're going to find within 2 miles or so, of Bottom Bay.

 

It's right outside the entrance to Crane Hotel, it's about quarter mile inland

and I notice they do beach picnics. :)

Thank you, aplmac! Sounds great! I'll email them and see if they can set something up for us. But, just in case you think of anywhere else, I'll wait a month or two, as we won't be there until late September. If you do think of some place else, remember, it doesn't have to be too close to Bottom Bay, as we could also stop anywhere on our way back to the ship, if that will help open our options....
