Celebrity Transfer - Anchorage to Seward

DH and I will be on the Millennium SB and will be using Celebrity's transfer to get from Anchorage to Seward. Has anybody used Celebrity's transfer (train) and are there any differences vs. using the Alaska Railroad train? Thanks in advance for any responses.

The difference is the time with Celebrity= a poor choice. It leaves Anchorage too early for much of anything and arrives in Seward too late for most touring there.

 

I always recommend people consider, dumping this transfer and taking advantage of being able to explore Seward, with is loaded with activities- if of any interest?

 

 

Otherwise the the train is the same.

 

If booking this as a transfer, you are also paying about $40 more per person.
