What can one expect to recieve w/ their Elite Coupon Sheet?

 

My mom who will be on her first X cruise in a few days is Elite. She just called while she was packing and mentioned she was bringing her clothes steamer... I had to give her the bad news those arent allowed on board. If I remember correctly isnt there a coupon she will receive for a bag of clothes to be washed/pressed for $20?

The coupon is for a certain number of items, I believe it is 25. Just make sure you read it as they won't accept it the last couple days of the cruise.

The Elite coupons are great. You get one free dry clean item, 2 free pressings and a free bag of (20 or 30 items) laundry. You also get a coupon for a discount on a second bag of laundry.

We have decided to use that free laundry bag only for underwear and other knit items as everything was returned to us in rather a mess. Socks were not sorted and the darks had been washed with the lights. (Best to send the lights and darks out in separate bags.)

 

When we paid for the laundry, it was handled more carefully, as long as we wrote directions. I would not send out delicate items ever as hot water and a hot dry cycle are used.

 

Our problems were on the Equinox last fall, and they did rewash all our light things gratis after they became grey when mixed with the darks. I should also add that any little problems we encountered were cheerfully solved. Excellent service.
