Day 2 and Day 11 will be formal nights.

 

As far as menus, they very well could change again by the time you board. If you are still interested, ask closer to departure.

 

Seeing that you are from Michigan and you are booked to cruise out of Baltimore in January, may I suggest that you plan on at least 1 night's pre-cruise. We did the December 27, 2010 cruise and there were weather problems for folks getting in. It's does snow in Baltimore and gets very cold.
