Fare Viewer Not Working?

Is anyone else having trouble with Fare Viewer this morning?

I keep getting error messages no matter what ship/date I look at.

I t worked for me.....after the 2nd try, but it was mucked up. Dates were out of order.

Fare viewer isn't working for me but I could do "find a cruise" and get the rate that way.

Same here, Like Cruisy said, just go to Find a Cruise. it's working there.

I've tried it for the past 15 minutes...and it won't work for me. I guess I'll keep trying or go to Book a Cruise!

It looks like they added in new security features where you have to type in the letters from the image they provide. Everytime you want to recheck it, you have to add the type the new image passwords.

Nevermind I figured it out....I had to change browsers. Apparently Carnival's site is not working properly on Firefox, but it worked just fine for me when I switched to Internet Explorer.

I am running IE8 and it does not work for me!!

I'm really confused on the Fare Viewer! We are booked in Category 4H on Conquest, but when I check the fare viewer it only shows 4G..... If I check for a different date it shows 4H.

 

Is it just because it's not working properly right now?

thanks Scrapenthusiast... it was the advice i needed.. I knew someone on this board would have figured it out :) It is going to be a pain now since I have 3 rooms types to check but oh well... I'll still keep checking :p
