Hotwire help- Cocoa Beach

I am trying to find La Quinta Ocean Beach resort! It is listed as 21/2 stars. Can't tell which is currently $55. Do Not want Best Western and I am looking for advice. Tried Hotelsdeals revealed and not helping. The rate is great but the hotel may not be LaQuinta. Help please????
