alexandra cruiser Posted May 22, 2011 #1 Share Posted May 22, 2011 supposed to leave tomorrow for Copenhagen,,for Sojourn cruise on Wed.to fjords,,,worry flights may be disrupted or cancelled due to new volcano...did by insurance for this problem,,,keeping up to date on internet,,but still worried...last year most cruiselines kept cruises going,,,not sure about Seabourn policy....would be so upset,,,,anyone else with this worry,,new details from Europe,,etc...please share>>>>>:confused: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

dalliowner Posted May 23, 2011 #7 Share Posted May 23, 2011 Hi keith The latest from the so called experts say that the make up of the ash is different to last years as there was more ice above it last year. they also think the weather pattern should keep the majority of ash further north therefore not affecting the airlines so badly, apart from actually in Iceland.
