Yes, they exist, and you just missed one a few weeks ago. Next one will be in about 6 months.

Yes, the last one was May 3 and 4. I initially found out about it from an e-mail from Royal Caribbean. Since you are C&A you should make sure they have a current e-mail address for you and you should receive a notification of the next one.

Just booked the Oasis of the Seas during the WOW sale on May 3rd. Half the deposit and received $100 OBC. Good deal for us as we were planning to book but waited until the WOW sale for this very reason. I think they only have the WOW sale twice a year. I am a crown and anchor member so I got pre notice via email.
