do I need to pack beach towels for excursions...or can I use bath towels from the ship?

Your room steward will leave fresh beach towels in your cabin daily. Just dont lose them or you will get charged for them.

Each person is left a nice, big beach towel in their cabin. You use them around the ship, and can take them on excursions. When they get wet on the ship, you can trade them in for dry towels.

They are rather bulky, so some people bring their own for excursions.

If you don't return the same number you were originally given, you will be charged for the lost ones.

Jsut be sure when comig back form and excursion to leave by the cabin floor or bath floor--all that sand gets everywhere! The towels also come in handy for an unexpected downpour while waiting in line to get on the ship--seen many people "freezing" when the rain starts.
