Hi, there are eight of us on the Oasis, we will be in Fll a day early staying at the Lago Mar, we need transportation from airport (Fll) to hotel, which would you recommend ( taxi or private shuttle) Thank you

Private shuttle. Call Fanny at Sunshine Coast Limo (305-746-8966). I have used this service in the past and have found them reasonable and reliable. Tell Fanny that Barbara from RI recommended them.

I'd call the hotel to double check but a taxi from FLL should only cost about $25 -- since you have 8 + luggage you'll need two cabs. Compare that price to any quotes you receive from shuttle services. Good luck! :)

I agree with JohoinDC. I've stayed at Lago Mar and I would just go with taxis. To me the taxi would be cheaper.

We used Howard (recommended by SAS) last yr to get from our hotel

in FLL, Marriott on LasOLas to the port of FLL. Had 14 people, Howard came with a nice new van and a trailer for our massive amt of luggage. He charged $9 pp and it was SO worth it to be all together. Most were 1st time cruisers so we wanted to be together. I would def use him again.
