san francisco shuttle

We are cruising out of San Francisco on Aug.18th. Can anyone tell me if they have taken a Supershuttle from the airport to the docks and how it works?Also does anyone know what pier we leave from? Thanks

You can just make the reservation on their web site at http://www.supershuttle.com or talk with them on the phone. They will tell you where to wait for the shuttle on both ends. Be sure to have their phone number with you should you not see them at the pier or at the airport.

 

Check with your cruise line for the pier.

SF has a really easy system. You go up to curbside and all the shared shuttles park along the same curb. You just get in the one leaving the soonest. It should be under $20. SS operates out of there also but there are several local firms

I have used the shuttle many times and would suggest having some extra time added to your schudle when going to the airport. Some times the trip to the airport can take a while if the shuttle has to stop and several hotel, but you get to see a lot of the city.
