Cigar smoking on Liberty

Can anyone tell me if there is a designated area on the ship that allows Cigar smoking?

The Liberty has a designated cigar lounge that opens at 8:00 p.m. each evening.

Is there an open deck area that you can smoke cigars also? Like the promenade area?

This is stated on RCCL's website:

 

 

"Pipe and cigar smoking is only permitted within the Cigar lounge. (If no Cigar lounge exists on a particular ship, there will be a designated area for pipe and cigar smoking)."

While on the Mariner we smoked cigars at the Connoissuer Club. The bar there was not always manned but the door was always open. Don't know if Liberty's Connoisseur Club serves the same purpose.

On the Granduer there was also a designated Cigar lounge. However there was an open air area of the ship on one side that permitted smoking. It was only suppose to be for cigarrettes. I smoked a couple of stogies and since they rest of the people were smokers no one complained.

I say screw it, it's your vacation, if you want to smoke a cigar, just do it where it's allowed, no need to ask for forgiveness nor permission.

If a passenger smokes a cigar where it is allowed, there is no reason to ask for forgiveness or permission. Correct?
