What is open on the ship once you are docked?

Since we will be docked for three days I am wondering what would be open on the ship? I plan on spending at least one night out on the town, but not every night, and not too late. I'm guessing the casino is closed, but are other areas of the ship vacant in agreement with Bermuda?

The casino and on board shops will be closed. Bars and restaurants on the ship will be open. There will be entertainment on the ship.
