Future Cruise Certificate

Is anyone else having trouble submitting their certificate onlline? I filled out all the information and clicked submit and it's not going through.

I had the same problem. I called and talked to someone at the promotions desk. Its EXT 70021. And they submitted it for me. They did say they have a huge number of these so are working on earliest cruises first so it might take 2 weeks for it to show up. Hope this helps

I was told just put in your first name, leave off the rest of your name

I tried that several time earlier this week with no luck. As soon as I entered my first name on the form it gave me an error message that only alphabet keys are allowed ...ummm my name is pretty simple with just 5 letters in it lol Finally I just put my first initial for my first and last name and then mentioned in the comments section what was happening. It went through after doing that. I'm surprised that a company as large as Carnival has so many IT issues~!

The "fix" didn't work for me either. I ended up calling my PVP and he put it through for me with no problems.
