Teen Activities - non sailing days

As first time cruisers my family are intending to maximise our ship experience on the Norwegian EPIC and limit the number of shore excursions we do.

 

Can anyone advise:-

if the teen club runs a full programme of activities on non sailing days?

if there is adult day time entertainment /adult activities taking place?

The Kids Crew / Teen Club does not operate on port days until evening.

 

There are shipboard activities on port days, but not as many as at-sea days.

The pools and slides should be open so using the nearly empty pool deck is a great perk!
