My last 7 cruises have been with Carnival (don't hold that against me) and I hated that the news channels were from Denver (I think). What channels does the Celebrity Summit have on their TV? I am leaving on July 24th

then do not ever sail with Princess. They has channels that did not show regular tv programing. At least with Carnival we could watch a regular nightly tv show before turning to bed.

The answer depends a bit on where you are cruising, but you should be able to see CNN, HLN, MSNBC, the BBC, and a couple of other news channels. Celebrity does not show any networks like NBC or ABC. They do have a channel called "Eye on Celebrity" which does some CBS re-runs, which can vary from segments that were shown on Sixty Minutes, to Tool Time, to How I met your Mother. But nothing current. There will be a channel showing movies, and two or more showing things that are happening on the ship, like shore excursions, the guest speaker's presentations and so on. If you are in Europe, the selections vary a bit.

As cruisestitch detailed, Celebrity offers a good mix. The "usual suspects" are there, including the range of FOX versus MSNBC versus CNN International, plus ESPN, etc. We used several times their on-demand movie options. There was a good selection of options through that method.
