Question for anyone recently on Allure

Did the ship stay 1 extra hour in Nassau (2PM instead of 1PM)? I heard a rumor about this and was wondering if there is any truth to this. I am trying to plan for my cruise in August.

We sailed June 12th week and , no, we did not get an extra hour. Back on board time was 1 pm

I think that someone reported that this started effective on their June 26 cruise. So has anyone else sailed since then, on July 3 cruise?

I just checked and our July 24th Allure Eastern itinerary has been updated to now show us in Nassau 7am-2pm :)

Just looked back at my Oasis compass from November and our departure was 2pm and all aboard time was 1:30pm. Hope that helps a little.

Oasis always departed an hour later at 2pm.....Allure was departing Nassau at 1pm.

Thanks for replies. Actually, i just now checked my itinerary and it has been updated to 2:00PM also!!!

Ah got it, my bad ;) We felt that a 2pm departure was too early to do anything, I can't imagine an earlier departure time!

Going further out in time they are even extending another hour till 3pm.

I think we were the first cruise to move to the 2:00 departure. It was the 6/26 sailing.
