Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives

One of my favorite things is a Bombay Martini with Blue Cheese stuffed olives. Does anyone ever remember getting Blue Cheese stuffed olives on the PG?

I see you are on the PG on August 27th. We are on the August 10th cruise. I am planning on teaching the bar tenders to stuff olives for me. Hopefully I will be successful and you can get them when you get there. I've found the ones you buy in the jar just are not as good as the ones you stuff yourself.

Ask Michael in L'Etoile to give you a bowl of blue cheese stuffed olives. Give Randy or Ernesto to keep in fridge and use with your drinks. My DD had a ton of recipes and she would garner the ingredients herself and take over to Randy. His ginger cosmos were excellent. Ernesto's champagne mojitos were to die for!

 

But I really missed my favourite bartender Efren. I hope he is there the next time we are on the PG. He truly understands how drinks mix to create a totally different taste!

Efren is waiting for you in the Casino Bar. Just ask him for the blue cheese stuffed olives and he will make them up for you. I asked the first night and he has had them every night since. He only has them for my wife and I as he has to make them up himself and he doesn't have much time during the day. I've told him you are on the August 27th cruise so just tell him Carl sent you and he will fix you up. I've got to go get my Martini now!

You're a prince, dude.... Ok... I'll now have to make my Bleu-cheese stuffed olive peace with Efren!! Hope you guys are enjoying your cruise as much as we know we will! Too bad we weren't on the same voyage. Sounds like we would have had fun travelling together.
