Mar y Sol Posted July 23, 2011 #1 Share Posted July 23, 2011 We will be sailing on the Grand Princess in December on a 7 day to the Caribbean and were wondering if anyone had the Show Times. We are early seating which I believe is 6:00 p.m. and usually like to see a show right after dinner. Thanks.
IECalCruiser Posted July 23, 2011 #2 Share Posted July 23, 2011 Production shows are "typically" at 8:15 and 10:15 and other performers are "typically" at 8:30 and 10:30 which is planned for after 1st and 2nd seating Traditional Dining. Sometimes other performers will be at 7:00 and 8:30 and sometimes there will be only one show at 8:15 or 8:30. First seating usually works well for shows but not always second seating. Schedule will depend upon itinerary (and CD's whims?).
WeBeGone Posted July 23, 2011 #3 Share Posted July 23, 2011 In addition to the above, sometimes shows are scheduled specifically to meet diners needs. They'll post a show "for 2nd seating diners" and then "show for 1st seating diners"..Of course no one checks but it appears that some CD's actually put thought into the timing.
